Boutique Studios are specialized studio offices that provide an ideal environment for independent production and broadcast companies. These studios-offices are small independent office buildings that are clustered in a campus setting. Phase 1 development of the Boutique Studios has 18 studio-offices around a small, shared, central open space and an access road.
Each Boutique Studio has its own street address as well as a dedicated parking facility. This gives you the unique opportunity to create and display your personalized signage on your studio and make it a prominent landmark.
