In line with its commitment to promote the growth of the film industry in the region, Dubai Studio City has taken a proactive approach to Emiratisation.

In order to  motivate youngsters who have career aspirations of entering the movie industry, DSC recently organised internship opportunities for such candidates with its Business Partners. This experience allowed  students to apply  their classroom lessons in a real time workplace environment.

Speaking at the felicitation ceremony  Jamal Al Sharif, Executive Director of Dubai Studio City said: “For anyone to make any headway in their career of choice, it’s important that they are guided in the right direction and provided the support to get their aspirations off the ground.”

Jamal  also presented internship  certificates to the students and certificate of appreciation to Nojoom TV FZ LLC and Dice Production FZ LLC, Business Partners of DSC for supporting this programme. He also urged  Business Partners to  continue supporting DSC’s future endeavour in this area in order to empower young UAE nationals and support the industry as a whole.
